Hello all!

I am looking to move my portfolio into(Philadelphia)an urban area with more movement and opportunities. Currently I’m in the process of getting my PA License. I have the funding and other resources in the city to get the jobs done, I just do not know how to go into this blindly.

Does anyone have any tips on what to do when moving into a new area?

Better yet, if someone is investing or working in Philly, I'd love to open a conversation regarding Real Estate.
