Investing in EcoFriendly Properties

I've begun doing a lot of research into rehabbing recently, as my goal is to be a buy and hold investor with an emphasis on the BRRRR strategy. As I've been doing this research, I really began thinking about the power investors have to make widespread change in how efficient a house is. I'm curious to know how many investors have been making some of the eco-friendly investments in their properties like solar panels, hyper efficient appliances, low flush or dual-flush toilets, rain water harvesting systems, and more. I'm especially interested in hearing from buy and hold investors, as I think these investments could open up another path of making money on a property.

We've done it and I wish more people would.
