Any investors in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia)?

@Nimra Muhammad I am in the Maryland area. Always willing to talk shop with local investors. I'm also a real estate agent in Maryland.

As far as finding reliable mentors, they will come when you engage with other seasoned investors on here and meet the pros. Most BP members are happy to help you and provide advice. This forum is a "mentor" in itself. Interact as much as possible on here and you will learn a lot.

I'm doing a lot of going to local REIA meetups and such. I think that's a great way to get to know local investors and start networking!

Hi Nimra, I rehab and wholesale in Prince George's County, MD. E Brady gave some really great advice regarding mentors and using this site. I'm also always willing to talk shop with local investors (or anybody really). There are also multiple REIA's and meetups in the DMV where you could meet folks. Best of luck to you!

I don’t know if this forum is still active, but I’m in Maryland, just learned about real estate investing and looking for like-minded wholesalers in the DMV area. 

Also, looking for REI wholesaler meetups that maybe meet on Saturday. Anyone know of any???
