Wholesaling Dayton Ohio
Hello everyone I am starting my journey with real estate investing with wholesaling. I would love to start out wholesaling and work my way into rehabs. Is there any local wholesalers, real estate agents, lenders, or investors that would like to connect?

@Ryan Crofford hello, what can I help you with. Columbus is a hot market and very competitive right now. There are deals but it going to be some work.
@Ryan Crofford If I could give you any advice it would be to forget about wholesaling...its pointless to ponder away the power of equity and building a massive portfolio simply because you don't understand how to structure a deal and control or own property. Your focus should be 1) Education- learn to structure a deal...start with a purchase money mortgage 2) Marketing
The only reason wholesaling exists is because they never learned how to structure a deal. Think about it...

@Brandon Sturgill I would love to get into real estate with the involvement of bank financing. I was using wholesaling to raise capital for my first property but never heard of a purchase mortgage. Thanks for the advice!
