Search Facebook for investor groups and post in all. Check Craigslist. Look for I Buy Houses or anything along that line. Those are usually wholesalers.
Some easy and common ways to find local wholesalers are:
- Call the we buy houses bandit signs in the area they are typically wholesalers.
- Check on Craigslist using search terms like "cash", "wholesale", "flip", etc.
- Look up local real estate investing Facebook groups they will usually have wholesalers advertising deals.
- Local REI meet-ups and events in your area will usually have wholesalers there networking.
