Rental Grade Cosmetic Flip
Just trying to get an idea of what others are paying for a flip. I have a small 2 bedroom rowhome that needs some cosmetics and will most likey be sold as a rental or lower income housing. The house is about 950 sq feet. Looking to do the following:
Repair uneven flooring (10x10 area)
Paint entire house
Update bathroom
New carpet in bedrooms
Laminate hard wood downstairs in living area.
New lighting fixures
Paint exterior of the house (front and back only about 2 sections 20x25)
Give me a ballpark if you have some numbers.
