New investor in the area
Hello, I am new to the real estate investing game and have been looking around different areas within about a 2 hour radius from where I currently reside. While looking around I came across several cash flowing multi family properties in the evansville area and wanted to see if I could get some insight on investing in the local area from people who already invest and/or live there.
