Hi All, I used to live in Evansville and have a majority of my rentals up in Fort Wayne, but looking to add in Evansville. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good property manager or an investor friendly real estate agent? Looking at buy and hold sfh. Thank you!
@Jake Pence I have worked with ERS for awhile everyone there is super helpful and they do a good job keeping my rentals full. For an agent give Kimberly Clark a call super friendly to investors and always finds deals.Good luck and if you have any questions give me a call!
Thanks, @Mike helm! I will reach out to ERS and Kim. Do you have any recommendations for a local bank that does portfolio loans?
@Vinnia Tjhin thanks Vinnia!!
@Jake Pence I am an agent here in Evansville. My main clientele is SFH/Duplex investors and OOS.
I'd be more than happy to discuss your goals and help you every step of the way. I do my best to make it as stress free as possible to go from funding/buying to collecting a rental check.
Let me know if I can be of assistance.
Be wary of you you choose in Evansville. Ask to see pictures of the inside of the properties they manage. A bulk of the property managers in Evansville will do shoddy repairs to maximize profits.
As a contractor who specializes working with investors, and fixing shoddy maintenance man work I've seen just about everything from companies you least expect it. (There is no motivation for a zero maintenance house)
This isn't to slam any particular company, rather to serve as a heads up. Regardless of who you choose, monitor their quality of work closely.
@Bill Kramer Thanks for the advice! I know exactly what you are talking about. Evan as an out of state investor right now, I try to get out to my properties and do walk throughs of them to make sure everything is on the up and up.
