Can you guys recommend me a trustworthy contractor specializes in mobile home in south bend/mishawaka area? Any input appreciated !

@Paul Kit Mobile homes are really easy to rehab. Is the home located in a park or on land? 

I would recommend Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or Thumbtack. Mobile Home park managers or mobile home surplus stores will also be able to provide good recommendations as well. 

Tips... 

Look for someone who has experience renovating mobile homes - 2 plus years. Make sure to get a couple different quotes prior to hiring a contractor. I typically will hire a handyman instead of a contractor. Depending on the repairs, I make sure the handyman is licensed and insured.

@Paul Kit - I would highly recommend that you reach out to the local mobile home park managers as well as the mobile home supply stores in your area to see if they have any recommendations on who to hire to perform repairs. That's where I found my handyman.
