Sorry, I'm not familiar with anyone in that area. However, if you are open to remote CPAs who have experience in real estate across state borders, then feel free to reach out to some of the ones on BP. There's many to choose from, ask them about their experience and clients. Some of us also have CPA firms such as myself, so someone on their team will have specialization with Real Estate. not in St joseph county but check with @brandon lindsay (search for him) hes a CPA and he has REI experience.......hes local to indy

For a CPA/Agent, I would highly recommend Josh Belk. His focus is real estate investing. Very knowledgeable and he's also an enrolled agent. He's located in St. John.
