Hey @Stephen Sokolow ! I've had a lot of luck finding savvy real estate attorneys in my local area at REIA meetups, BP meetups, and in our local FB page for wholesaler and property investors. I know there aren't a lot of physical meetups happening right now, so you might be able to find a savvy local RE attorney on your couch today on FB by looking for these groups.
