I am also looking for a reliable contractor to take on some work in Northwest Indiana.  Please, let me know if you have any recommendations.  

Same here. Looking for a contractor to be the lead on rehabing multiple properties in the Hammond area.  I'm actually in town for a bit and scheduled to meet with two different recommendations (local sources, not BP) and they both no-showed. It was really disappointing...and surprising considering what seems like a pandemic forced down time. Please feel free to message me directly if you don't want to share here.
