I seem to have trouble finding a plumber that's interested in doing rehabs. If they are, they are flaky or not very professional. I welcome your suggestions for somebody that is the right mix of reasonably priced professional and interested in doing rehab versus new construction.
Regards,
Matt

Hey Matt,
I recommend working with the Roto-Rooter franchise out of Grimes, IA. They are able to perform work across the metro area and are professional.

@Matt Fisher - I can let you know how Golden Rule does with my leaky gas pipe fix. It's going to cost us $2.8k to fix just what they can see now.

@Matt Fisher - Look into HVAC guys as well. They can normally do plumbing too.

Hey Matt, I am from the Des Moines area. I have 19 years experience plumbing and have been working for a couple other investors in the area. Feel free to message me, I might be able to help you out depending on your needs. If not, I will be able to set you up with other professionals that best fit your needs.

I wouldn't touch roto rooter; I had a negative experience with them
It is a challenge to find cost effective trades people that are professional.
