What BP-ers located in KC are currently buying in Wyandotte and northern Johnson Counties? I'd like to get together and compare notes on markets, neighborhoods, etc. What are you buying? What price-points are you getting in at? Are you flipping? Buy-hold? Rehab/Rent? What is your outlook in these areas? Lets get together and talk shop.
