I recently passed the exam and plan on getting with a firm after the 1st of the year. I live on the westbank of New Orleans. I am looking for a firm that is very helpful with training and has a lot of experience with investments. I would like to make a living selling houses but mainly I am wanting to get into the investing side. Any suggestions?

Hi Josh, Congrats on passing the exam! I am currently licensed in California and am looking to obtain my license in Louisiana. Can I ask which school you completed your pre-licensing education with or one that you recommend? 

I went through Donaldson School of Real Estate. It is very informative and simple. I did the Online classes and knocked them out in a couple of weeks.
