Looking for a Contractor in BR

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I recently purchased our first investment property, a gutted condo in Denham Springs that had flooded, and we're having trouble finding a contractor at a reasonable price.

We've also considered having the windows and doors done to stabilize the property, and then waiting 3-4 months until the demand dies down a little, but we would still need a contractor to get that done. Even Window World is a 6 week wait.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank You!
