Hey There!  I'm first to post in this sub-forum, finally first at something!  Do I get a gold medal?  Anyway, I'm sick of painting all my properties.  I can never find anybody decent, so I end up doing it myself.  Does anybody know any local painters who don't spend half the workday smoking and the other half in the bathroom?  What are their rates?  Some painters think they're worth more than Van Gogh.   I can buy the paint, I have a contractor account at Sherwin

Yes, that would be great.  I'm looking for somebody who can spray out an entire apartment.  I don't need picasso, if you know what I mean, but better than my teenage boys!
