How is HALETHORPE MD 21227

Considering buying a row home to use as a rental in HALETHORPE MD 21227 around Norfen rd ,any input on the area pros and cons would be appreciated.3 br 1 ba ,price around $70k,another $10-$12k for renovations,seeing rents around $1100-$1200.Overall the area seems ok to me-anything to look for or avoid?
