The 1st Quarter numbers are in - these numbers compare January - March 2018 to the same period in 2017.

For sellers, it's more great news. For buyers, not so much.

  • Average sales price: UP 14.4%
  • Number of homes for sale: DOWN 33.5%
  • Days on Market: DOWN 6.5%
  • Months supply: 1.2 months, DOWN 29.7%

In summary, there are a lot fewer homes on the market, tracking with Plymouth County. Those properties that are on the market sell faster and they sell for more. It is an extremely strong seller's market.

For buyers, expect multiple offer situations - IF - you can actually find a property.  The entry level price point is especially competitive.
