I'm looking for a knowledgeable real estate agent in the Worcester area to help me with the purchase of a triplex.  I bought my first property, a duplex in the Boston area, last December and am looking to expand and purchase an investment property in Worcester before the end of the year.

Ideally I'd like to find an agent that's an investor themselves and can help me make connections in the Worcester area.

I use Brian Dicks out of Whitinsville. He used to flip houses, always answers the phone or at least calls you right back and will drive everywhere. He's also told me to turn down houses before when he's had a bad gut feeling. Something most realtors wouldn't do.

I just closed on a triple in Worcester with my agent Joe Abramoff. He owns investment properties in Worcester and knows his stuff. He works for Real Living Barbera Associates, owned by Mike Barbera (who is also a Worcester investor). Pull them up on google if you're interested:
