Investing In Detroit
Hello,
I'm a newbie here, but I am ready to take my first official step in purchasing a rental property in Detroit. I am somewhat familiar to the city as I lived there briefly until a few years ago. Advice on areas to stay away from or any advice for a newbie in general as this is not an easy process and takes time/research as well as dedication. I am looking in the Indian village, outer drive and ferndale areas, but any other areas of suggestion are welcomed. Thanks!
