Looking for good contractors in the Detroit area.
Hello BiggerPockets, I’m a real estate investor/landlord. I’ve been buying and rehabbing homes for about 5 years now. I own 16 homes ( 22 doors) I have about 12 rented out and about 7 left to rehab.
