eviction process on tax certificates
I've acquired some tax certificates for some occupied properties. I've been reading I have full rights to occupy the property and the process allows 6 months to remove the occupants. I have some property at 0% interest rate that's great property. Is it my best interest to start the removal process immediately upon receiving the tax certificate based on zero percent interest? and what exactly does the process of eviction look like with a tax certificate? Sorry, I'm lost here
