@Bugsy Sigel Is your property Class A, B, C or D?
We charge depending on the property class as that will be tied to the tenant class, which will dictate how much resources we have to invest in properly managing a tenant.
Just focusing on a management rate, without taking this into consideration, is highly likely to result in poor service.

Well with that Vegas money Bugsy PM fees should't be an issue. Joking! 10% is typical for property management. However, some will negotiate with you if your doing a lot of business with them.

You can expect 8-12%. My company is charging me $75 per door currently.
