Alabama: Tax delinquent property sales. How long to get a quote?

Can anyone who has ever applied for a tax delinquent sale from the state tell me how long it took you to get a quote? I know they said it can take up to 4 months. And was the quote under the amount of taxes delinquent?

I submitted an application to purchase on Tuesday 4/26 online. The home has 2 problems which I can assume as to why nobody has bought it: it has fire damage. It does not look bad to me and the contractors/family who have seen it said buying the house would still be worth it. The kitchen and dining room would have to be completely gutted and rebuilt.  I will not have to pay for labor to fix it.  And it appears that prior to the fire the home was occupied by some horders.  I am NOT looking to buy/fix/flip. I want to buy/fix/live in the home forever.

The home was also not secured so I went ahead and secured it to keep hobos and birds out of it.
