Going to my First Tax Deed sale...
Hello all, I'm new to this and tomorrow I attend my first sale on the courthouse steps. I'm interested in a specific property and don't fully understand the process yet. If the lien is approx $2100.00, and I don't know if there are other liens on the property, should I not bid over 2500.00(ish)? Knowing that if the owner pays it back I would only get lien amount + my 20% (Georgia's rate).
