Is it legal for wholesalers to market Lands available properties?
I have found numerous Lands Available.properties post tax deed auction that are on county lists for purchase over the counter at tax deeds offices, listed by supposed wholesalers who are marketing them as their own. Is this legal? Is it moral? Is it an accepted common practice?
