I am looking to purchase partial or full notes for $50,000 or less for a solo-401K. Who should I be talking with to help me with this? Since I am not an accredited investor, yet, but close, this appears to be my only option.

Thank you for all your assistance and input.

1. Performing or non performing?
2. 1st or 2nd position?
3. You looking to partner with someone or you want to buy them on your own?
4. What type of return are you looking for ?
