Note Investing - Day 14 or 14 Thank You's
Day 14 of 14 of sending love to those in the Note Investing world that were kind to me when I first started out. This morning I’m sending gratitude to Joe Labruna of Land Home Financial Services. When I first started, I serviced notes with FCI and had a great deal of frustration (I didn’t know at the time that all servicers had their challenges). I went through the painful process of switching servicers to Land Home.Joe was patient and flexible as I was fairly new to note investing.In the end, I left Land Home for another servicer only to come back to Land Home 6 months later when that servicer went out of business.No servicer is perfect, however I will say that the more time you put into building the relationship with your servicer the better things become. Thanks to Joe for being so kind and response to me all this time.
