Help! Need MLO's that know seller financing & Dodd Frank
Do you know of a a licensed MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) that "gets" seller financing? If yes, please share! I'm on a mission to create a solid list of options in all 50 states.
Why? If you create paper using owner financing you want to be sure its is either exempt or compliant with Dodd Frank, Safe Act, and any state regs. One of the easiest ways to ensure this is to use a licensed MLO to handle the qualifying and paperwork. I promise to add my suggestions to the list too.
