Alabama Sheriff Sale
Can someone please explain to me what is the difference between a tax sale deed and a sheriff's deed in the state of Alabama and is there any chance of redemption for the previous owner after one year has passed since the sale at the courthouse? Tax sale was initiated by local credit union lien and granted judgements. I new to this game trying to save a family property, get a decent understanding of the process or capture the property in some fashion for my self as one of my first transactions.
