Understanding Cash on Cash on Sale
Hi friends,
I am trying to understand how CoC is being computed in this below shown image? I was unable to upload the image here, so i have uploaded on imgur.
Purchase price of this property is 4.1Million, Total acquisition costs (including 25% downpayment) are 1.47Million

I was able to understand the CoC computation on purchase, but unable to determine in these sale scenarios.
