Hello! 

I am looking to do a full remodel in Ann Arbor before selling my house. Does anyone have a good contractor they would recommend? I would be doing the following:

-Kitchen remodel

-Removing lower bedroom (open space)

-Replacing all floors

-HVAC and maybe some plumbing 

-Driveway replacement 

-Bathroom remodels

I would hopefully be doing this as soon as possible, if anyone has worked with a contractor there before advice would be appreciated!

is this for that house on Koch? What was the address and asking price again?

Yes - looking into it in case the house won't sell for a fair value, I know it will go fast if renovated. 

402 Koch Ave, listed at 324k. I am looking to accept best offer Monday 8/27.
