St. Paul Minnesota- House- Water Lien
Can anyone tell me about the St. Paul real estate market. I've just gotten a call from a lawyer representing a seller who has a 10k water lien on his property.
1) Are water liens commonplace in MN- and is it handled just like a tax lien? Pay off the lien, during the course of closing.
2) How is the REI market in St. Paul?
3) If I were to get this property under contract, do you all feel an investor would pick it up?
