New entrepreneur and real estate investor in Geneva

Good afternoon everybody, 

I'm Bryce Noel and I'm currently a sophomore at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York. I've recently started doing some social media consulting as well as online flipping while I'm in school to fund my first purchase. The last 7 months have been quite an educational period for me as I've immersed myself in real estate investing and entrepreneurship as a whole. I plan on using an FHA loan and buying a house near campus while renting it out to other students. What would you guys say my first step should be? I'd love to chat and add value anywhere I can.
