Equity line of credit against 5 unit commercial apartment buildin
Hi all! Posted this on the main forum but thought it would be more appropriate to narrow it down to KC. I have a 5 unit commercial apartment building that I have owned for 3 years. In that time, the equity has increased significantly. I am looking to tap into that equity via a line of credit similar to a HELOC except that this would be on an investment property. My banks will only do business lines or credit or personal lines of credit. Anyone in the KC area know of a bank that can do this for me? Thanks in advance!
