Best Insurance For Commercial Multifamily?

My business partner @Luke Babich and I are under contract to purchase a 24 unit  property in south city  (all residential). 

We're not sure how the insurance process for commercial multifamily is different than residential multifamily. Do we contact the same people that we've been using for our 4plexes, or are there better options?

Can anyone recommend a good company / broker that we should talk with?
