Need an Investor Friendly Realtor who Knows what to Rehab to Sell

Hi All,  

We're starting a rehab on a property that we took back as an REO, and the borrower left in a disaster. I'm looking for a local agent with a keen sense of what rehab is needed in the area to attract buyers, while keeping it economical. The property is in Belleville, IL just east of East St Louis so not in the hood, so want someone who is familiar with the area.
