I am looking to expand my real estate portfolio and buy in St. Louis, MO. I'd appreciate some feedback on the market and anyone's personal experience in the market. For reference, we are looking at 2-4 unit properties that are light value-add.

Thank you for your feedback. We could not get comfortable with the STL market after many meetings. We have put a few properties under contract in a few major markets in FL.
