Upcoming REPG Meeting, Lincolns cutting edge REIA
Hey all,
I just wanted to make sure everyone was aware of the upcoming REPG meeting. Lincoln, Nebraska's cutting edge REIA. Tons of local investors come to network and learn new things about real estate and the current market. New investors that havent done a single deal to investors that have done hundreds all show up and are willing to talk about their successes.
The next meeting is November 14th, 2016 starting at 7:00 pm. at the Grata Lounge on 70th and A st Lincoln, NE. It will be a speed networking event. Stemming from the popularity of another REIA we thought we would give it a try here in Lincoln.
The premise is great as real estate investing is definitely a relationship business. Be sure to bring your business cards if you have them as well as you elevator pitch. Your elevator pitch is a short 1 minute long pitch about what you do, who you are, and what you are looking for. It will be set up to where you will meet every investor that comes to the meeting. This is a great way to connect with people in a very low stress situation.
