Hey everyone! I'm a green RE investor and I am interested in single family or multi family properties that cash flow well. What are good areas in Lincoln to aquire properties with a market of student housing and young working professionals?
I would look around the East Campus area or around NE Wesleyan. Those would be areas that I would think have houses that would cash flow and are in close proximity to students.
The 40th and A neighborhood is centrally located. There are a lot of small multi families in that area.
