Hello Beautiful Real Estate People,
SinCityREIA the best REIA in Las Vegas is back and you're invited to be a part of something amazing.
We're currently looking for some talented and motivated people looking to make some moves in real estate or other business to come and help take our REIA to the next level. If you have ever been to our events you know that our Vision is:
To help as many people we can achieve their real estate goals!
Now it's time to make it happen but we need some help. We're looking for:
Operations Manager - It's like herding cats. You love organization and lists. We give you our vision and you fill in the blanks with your beautiful integrator mind, thinking of everything we missed.
Talent Manager - You have a way with words and you know a guy. You're so good you can charm people to help you move. You will help contact, book, and entertain our guests and speakers so they have the best Las Vegas has to offer. This includes local artist and entertainment as well with making connections with night clubs, bars, shows, hotels, venues, etc.
DJ/MC - Yes, we need a DJ. Everyone needs a DJ.
Social Media Manager - You were probably tweeting before this popped up. Help spread the gospel of our real estate church.
A/V Expert - Let your geek flag fly. You make the trailer look better than the movie. You know how to make all the microphones work. You'll be working with a film crew to help record and publish our meetings.
In exchange for you services you will have access to some of the most influential and savvy real estate investors and business people in our city and the nation. You will also have all of the help I can personally provide to help you in whatever your journey leads you.
We need a Board of Advisors:
Are you an expert? We will meet once a month locally and/or via web conference (60 min) and you have to attend at lease one meeting in person a quarter. We are looking for specialty in real estate and business. You must be a top producer:
Real Estate Attorney
Property Manager
CPA
Title Officer
Residential broker/agent
Commercial broker/agent
Insurance
Flipper
General Contractor
MF/Storage/Mobile Home Owner
Assisted Living Operators/Owners
Hard Money Lender
Wholesaler
Marketing
