Las Vegas real estate broker who says they will flip for me
I have just moved to Las Vegas and in my search for investment opportunities have interviewed a local broker who offers to find the distressed house, use their own resources/contractors to renovate, and who claims they make their money through (1) use of their renovation crew, and (2) their selling commission when the property is sold.
I provide the money.
Does anyone have any thoughts about this arrangement.
Further, if you're a local investor, you might know of this broker and I would appreciate a PM to discuss. I'm reluctant to post the name of the broker at this point.
