I have been using a lot of LVP and I am noticing that it does not perform as well on raised foundations as slab.
Has anyone else been having problems with LVP on raised foundations?
What other flooring are investors using?

What kind of issues are you having with it? I haven't installed that much of it (yet) but haven't noticed any issues. The only flooring problems I've seen on wood floors is ceramic tile as it doesn't flex at all.

For a rental I'd use cheapo vinyl plank for $1.00sf. If you're flipping for that mega dollar, I'd consider engineered hardwood with a soft underlay on the slab.

Tile over wood floor, is rough. Should do hardie board or other subfloor. Otherwise you will have craking from flexing.

By wood floor, I'm referring to a wood structure (not a slab). I'm not referring to (though it would include) a wood floor such as hardwood oak, etc. I haven't seen good results with ceramic tile on other than concrete floors. Especially larger rooms, as there's just too much movement.

@Steve Mandelbaum what type of limbo are you using? What types of issues are you having? We do this all the time without issues.

We used it throughout our Lakehouse over old 3/4" thick pine wood floors, some 1" thick plywood & in many areas we had to shim the flooring to avoid 'voids' under the vinyl at various flooring transitions after we took out walls etc. It's been down 5 years, no issues, no soft spots, buckling/separation or scratching after moving furniture over it.
But is was a HUGE PITAzz on the knees putting down that much flooring.
