Looking for contractor for rehab on Kansas City , MO property
Does any one know a good reliable contractor to do the following kind of work on a property I'm acquiring. Replacing carpet with vinyl hardwood, interior and exterior paint, replace A/C unit, minor concrete work etc. Some who knows how to work with remote investors. Property is in Perculiar, MO
