Recommendations on NJ Hard Money Lenders?

Hi again! :)

So I've been checking out some hard money lenders in NJ and reached out to every HML listed on BP. I'm liking a few (namely Gelt Financial, LendingOne and ABL) but I was wondering if anyone can vouch for or warn me against any of them, or if anyone can recommend HMLs that's aren't already listed on BP (who are newbie-friendly)?

Also, is it typical that HMLs will offer to refinance your hard money loan (without the need to go to a different bank)? Gelt advised that they do that and it sounded almost too good to be true.
