Adding Value in ABQ Multifamily?
While conducting research for the ABQ C/B- multifamily market I have found that most of the units are outdated. (Old Tile Flooring, Outdated Wooden Cabinets, Old White Appliances, Outdated Bathrooms, etc)
I see a potential rent increase of $100-150 in certain pocket areas. From experience what upgrades get the most ROI? I have yet to find to find a model/pattern.
What finishes do working class locals like to see? (Flooring, Refinished Cabinets, Bathroom, Exterior Upgrades, Appliance)
