Looking to connect with other investors…been house hacking since I was 19, done some hard money deals, currently working on a BrRR but down to mastermind and possibly do deals. Was a realtor for 4 years, family has lots of property here - Commercial/Airbnb’s/downtown properties/multi family/single family converted to multiple Airbnb’s. Holla!

It’s good, profitable. I’m currently renting my personal property via lease/month to month - but my family has quite a few. I invested in some with my Mom who has 9 and is in Spain doing Camino de Santiago, I’ve been helping her out with them while she’s gone. They do well, they get quite a bit of 1 monthers, long terms as well.
@Justin Sherwood. Which area will you be building and what estimate cost per sqft ?
I have a couple areas I am looking at as well as solidifying plans. I won't have anything concrete until the end of the year. Check back with me at that point.

I don't know of one currently. There was one a couple years ago, but I think it died with Covid.
I only own one home that I live in here but I'm up for meeting for learning and seeing what I can invest in. Count me in if anyone is planning a meet up.
