NYC/NJ buyer's agent recommendations

Hey all,

I'm new to REI and BiggerPockets has been an absolute godsend! The wealth of information here is unparalleled.

After reading and research, I'm quite ready to get my feet wet with a 2-4 unit multi-family house hack. However, I live in Brooklyn and, it goes without saying, the market here is not the easiest to find deals. I'm looking for an investment savvy agent that's well versed in the NY/NJ market and may have access to off-market properties. My areas of interest are: Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Jersey City, Union City. I'm ok with flips as well.

I'd really appreciate if you'd share your agent recommendations or any other pointers!
