Hi Everyone,

I am new to navigating the BP website and would appreciate it if someone could show me how to follow certain RE forums I am interested in: My goal is to network and meet with investors, real estate agents, contractors, locals that live in these markets and potential investment partners that I can work with. The list below is comprised of markets near me or that I have interest learning more about and potentially investing in.

1) Forum for New York - owners, investors, contractors, agents, locals

2) Forum for PA - owners, investors, contractors, agents, locals

3) Forum for CT - owners, investors, contractors, agents, locals

4) Forum for Florida - owners, investors, contractors, agents, locals

5) Forum for Kansas City / St. Louis - owners, investors, contractors, agents, locals

6) Forum for Ohio - owners, investors, contractors, agents, locals

7) Forum for South Carolina - owners, investors, contractors, agents, locals

8) Forum for North Carolina - owners, investors, contractors, agents, locals

9) Forum for Alabama - owners, investors, contractors, agents, locals

10) Forum for Texas - owners, investors, contractors, agents, locals

11) Forum for Atlanta - owners, investors, contractors, agents, locals

12) Forum for Tennessee - owners, investors, contractors, agents, locals

I have specific submarkets within these states that I would love to learn more about but my first goals it find these forums, connect with people, learn more about these specific markets and make a decision.

I live in NY, but at this stage in my life i value CASH FLOW more than APPRECIATION. I've found that cash flow in New York City and surrounding area is fairly tight at the moment and not something I'd like to start out with as an investment.

Really appreciate everyones assistance and insight on the above markets and potential markets you'd recommends.

Sincerely,

Sean Banilivy
